Lead and support the discovery, scope, RFP and implementation of a creative AI software ($700K+ contract) for 100+ creative users in an effort to increase creative team capacity by 25%; partnered with Marketing Creative leads, Product Owners, Data Science, Infrastructure, Security, IT, Legal, C-Suite executives and an external procurement agency to ensure project success• Lead and support the discovery, scope, RFP and implementation of a creative AI software ($700K+ contract) for 100+ creative users in an effort to increase creative team capacity by 25%; partnered with Marketing Creative leads, Product Owners, Data Science, Infrastructure, Security, IT, Legal, C-Suite executives and an external procurement agency to ensure project success• Partner with Digital Marketing Analysts and IMM Executives to build and update campaign taxonomy with external agencies in order to create data hierarchy across channels and deepen analytic ability in campaign reporting ($500K+ ROI)• Support Marketing Executives and Studio Production teams to secure external resources ($1.5M annual cost) to create new creative and operational processes to increase and refresh app and website product assets for 3,800+ SKUs, resulting in additional new product assets across US and Canada• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Creative, Strategy, IMM) to design and implement tools that track project plans and team capacity, enabling data-driven decisions that enhance process efficiency and optimize resource utilization• Provide consistent project reporting, including status, risks and changes, through regular updates and presentations to 15+ key stakeholders and C-Suite level management
