ABOUT ANNE MARIE DANCY

I am the Partner at Lumina Learning and a practicing Business Psychologist. Lumina Learning is a global organisation of humanistic performance consultants, specialising in supporting change, leadership and team development programmes in organisations worldwide. At the heart of the Lumina Learning approach is a Jungian and Big Five inspired psychometric, which explores the holistic traits of individuals, teams and organisations. It is the philosophy of Lumina Learning that it is in the healthy integration of opposite traits that we may become even more effective leaders, managers and team players in organisational life. In working with clients for Lumina Learning, I draw on more than 20 years of experience of working as a Business Phycologist on change projects in Government, Telecommunications, Health, Financial and Pharmaceutical sectors. My passion is in creating conditions of motivation and trust within leadership, providing a healthy and productive dialogue between leaders and employees. My skill is in working in collaboration with leaders, ensuring that interventions are aligned with the organisational vision and desired outcomes. I have a Masters in Information Management from University of Sheffield, and have recently gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Organisational Consulting at Ashridge Business School.
