It’s been over a decade since I left my senior leadership role to launch Paradigm Shift Coaching; an executive coaching and leadership development company! We support technical leadership teams poised for significant transformation and the achievement of revolutionary objectives! That’s a decade of building high performing teams, transforming cultures and building confident leaders! Our clients understand that in order to retain top talent in this market, they need to be investing in; leader development, a supportive culture and preventing the turnover that causes loss of traction in transformation! We support them with that initiative by- facilitating strategic planning sessions- executive team coaching - leadership development programs - Individual executive coaching This January also marks 10 years as a Lumina Learning Practitioner and Master Facilitator! The Lumina tools have been underpinning Paradigm Shift’s self awareness based leadership development program and boosting leader’s confidence alongside our excellent coaching! It’s been such an honour to support transformational leaders through rebuilding, upsizing, planning and recruiting the highest performing leadership teams! I read years ago that a high performing leadership team will add a 15-20% increase in selling price when a company is sold and I’ve now helped companies to put this into practice! Nothing beats the feeling of working on a team that is purpose built with the right synergy to push boundaries and deliver meaningful change!
