ABOUT ANNIE WOZNIAK

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of human performance and technology helping teams build systems that scale impact without losing the human at the center.I started as a fitness coach, working with individuals to build sustainable habits and build confidence. That experience taught me something I still carry with me: progress doesn’t come from complexity, it comes from clarity, trust, and consistency. As my work evolved from individuals to teams and platforms, that coaching mindset became the foundation of how I lead.Over time, I moved from coaching into program management, working alongside engineers, product teams, and researchers to turn ambitious ideas into real, usable technology. I’ve supported AI research, platform migrations, and emerging product initiatives, often in moments of change, constraint, or uncertainty.What I’m best known for is stepping into messy, under-resourced environments and helping teams regain momentum. I listen for what actually matters, build simple operating systems that people can rally around, and create the structure that allows good work to ship.I see myself as a translator, connector, and builder, bridging technical teams and human-centered outcomes through clear communication, practical processes, and steady execution. I thrive in mission-driven environments where technology is a tool for learning, better health, and where progress is measured not just by speed, but by sustainability.Beyond work, I maintain a strong coaching practice focused on accessibility and inclusion. I’ve co-designed and taught an eight-hour course for fitness professionals working with individuals with visible and invisible disabilities, served as a DI & A ERG co-chair, and continue coaching athletes of all abilities—translating complex movement and health concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
