For me, workplace culture isn’t a buzzword, it’s the foundation of everything. It shapes how I lead, how I collaborate, and how I build brands that truly resonate.I’m also the creator and custodian of the RE:GEN Group brand; a business that’s stormed the charts as one of the Fastest Growing 50 in the North East for three years running, and proudly earned World Class status in the 2025 Best Companies to Work For.With years spent in top creative agencies, I’ve worked with some of my most career-defining brands, helping them find their voice, sharpen their message, and connect with audiences in ways that matter. I now sit on executive boards, bringing the marketing perspective to the boardroom, because I firmly believe comms underpins everything. It’s the invisible thread that connects strategy, culture, and growth.I’m known for my blue-sky thinking, copywriting flair, and people-first approach, the magic trio that fuels commercially smart campaigns and creates brands people genuinely care about.As a proud mum of one daughter and one dog, I’m a huge advocate for flexibility and hybrid working, because creativity doesn’t clock in and out. Taking the plunge to launch my own business was bold, but so is great marketing. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
