ABOUT ANNE PRIMUS

I’m a business and management consultant with 18 years experience in Program & Project Management and Business Strategy and Planning, including six years in the UK working on large global projects. Some of more recent recent clients include: • Resthaven (Program Director, Transformation Program) • ACH Group (Program Manager and Project Manager) • Bridgestone, Australia and New Zealand (Customer Experience Strategy and program design) • University of Adelaide (ICT Program Director for Adelaide Health and Medical School) • Santos (Project Manager) • BHP Billiton for their Olympic Dam Expansion project (Project Manager and Acting Knowledge Manager). • ElectraNet (ICT Portfolio Manager for re-set and ICT Roadmap) Experience in implementing strategy, planning and program management has given me the insight to develop and advise organisations on how best to succeed when undertaking large program\'s of work and how best to deliver the required results. Good programme and project governance is critical to achieve desired business outcomes aligned to a business\' strategy and I work to ensure the right people are in place to lead, be accountable, and deliver the expected results. I am passionate about the effect a quality program manager and leader can have on the outcome of a program or project. I enjoy partnering with a business to deliver successful program outcomes and building a team that is passionate to do the same. With my experience in analysing businesses, I understand the practicalities needed to positively transform and position organisations for ongoing success and I facilitate, develop and implement the most appropriate structure incorporating robust strategies, risk management and the right governance. I partner with businesses to establish realistic and achievable goals, and to ensure their strategic plans see them moving in the right direction.
