ABOUT ANNA SCARSI

I arrived in IBM in Novembre after graduate in Biological Sciences and have done 1 year internship and state exam. After attending a course for HTML programmer I did 5 months internship at ibm.com and May of 2001 I was hired by contract CFL and October 2002 confirmed.Initially I took care of the management of sites IBM small and medium-sized enterprises and large customers from the technical side before moving to management in terms of content. I worked closely with IBM marketing, Communication, IOT and WW teams and with external agencies.I was responsible for managing the site STG and I assumed the role of Digital Focal point that I continue to have with the site management of Services and Cloud web sites.As Digital Focal I work with Inside Sales sellers to create their personal page sharing with them the content decided with Marketing Brand. I support them on installation, configuration and education about to use the tool in PP.In those years I increased my web skills and competencies and I improved use of Photoshop to be more creative in our external and internal communications. I implemented new innovative web techniques, like external Sametime for chat, meeting and Video chat with customers, agencies and partners. In the last years I also increased knowledge of Social Media specially LinkedIn and Twitter. And I\'m now Digital Certified! Certificate in Professional Digital Selling (CPDS. I also organized studio\'s groups to help other rep to get certification.I\'m a creative person in my work and also in my private life. I attended photography courses and thanks to my daughter I continue to use my mind!
