Provide a strong agile mindset and lead by example in both the squad and the organization• Product planning eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, business process descriptions, user stories, and scenarios• Develop detailed product requirements that define the user capabilities, specific functional specifications, data and analytics and additional details that show how the user stories are to be satisfied; partner with IT to ensure alignment and realization of business requirements during the development process• Drive product development with a team of world ­class engineers and designers• Ensured healthy backlog of ‘ready’ stories for team.• Collaborate cross­ functionally with other areas of the business, including tech, product, design & marketing• Working with relevant Business analysts to understand the high-level requirements of the Project/Product helps to evaluate the impacts on RS3 application and as well efforts required for execution• Responsible for Requirement Traceability Matrix and Query logs.• Define, monitor and analyze key metrics for launched products/features and feed learnings back into our product development and learning process• Supported multiple squads in constantly learning and improving the ways of working together• Shared responsibility for the full product suite with fellow Product Owners and Product Management.• Conducting the Cross-Team meetings for workarounds on the identified bottlenecks from source system• keep track of the changes to be executed/applied on RS3 System.• Perform risk assessment on the change request and Backout plan if situation demands• Follow-up with the release management team to get the change orders approved and ready to move the changes to production.• Perform release level retrospection along with the Devops, SME\'s and Product leadership teams
