ABOUT ANNA PETCHELL

Hey there, Are you looking & wondering \'what does she do?\'I wear 2 hats, because I love doing both of them. I love helping people to get more out of work & life, doing what they love & I love to create beautiful television. At the core of both of these, I love to connect, support & empower people, important in both Coaching as well as Television. Do you know that feeling when you feel flat, nothing is inspiring or motivating you any longer? You\'ve been in your job for a while, you\'re ready for a change, some energy & excitement again, but. you don\'t know what that is, or where to even start?Well, that\'s where I come in.I help people re-figure their internal compass. I help them get clear on who they are - what inspires, motivates & energises them. We find out what they\'re really good at & love to do. Then create a lifestyle around that.Sometimes it means changing career - other times it means just refocusing your compass.I help people who are feeling stuck & ready to make a change. Having worked within the Broadcast television world as a Camera Operator since 2005, I have noticed that the number of women in the technical spaces has not grown as much as I would\'ve expected, and the support for freelance Camera Operators has been minimal. In 2024 myself and Hazel Palmer (a fellow Camera Operator) decided to create a group for OB and Broadcast Camera Women, to connect, support and empower females within the industry. My mission in the world is always about connecting, supporting and empowering both women and men in whatever avenue they are going in, but especially to help open doors that may otherwise not be available.
