Claims Generator: Monitored and tested the claims generator tool to identify and address issues related to dropped claims both with Medicaid and Medicare Claims, ensuring that all claims were accurately submitted from Claim generator and processed (CVS- Claims Validation System).• SQL Data Analysis: Utilized SQL to query the claims database, validating that all submitted claims were properly recorded and processed within the system and doesn’t have any Errors. • Payment Generator Testing: Tested the payment generator(SAM) functionality to ensure accurate calculations and timely disbursement of payments associated with processed claims. Approving the invoices or putting them on Hold depending on the Criteria Validated payment outputs against expected results to ensure consistency and compliance.•End-to-End Claims Process Testing: Conducted end-to-end testing for the entire claims process, from generation through validation and payment, to ensure that each component, allocations, and Appropriations functioned correctly and that there were no dropped claims.• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitated UAT sessions with stakeholders to validate the claims generation, validation, and payment processes, collecting feedback to refine system functionality and enhance user experience.• Reporting and Documentation: Created detailed reports on testing outcomes, including the status of claims submissions, validation results, and payment accuracy. Presented findings to stakeholders for review and action.• Worked on web applications Projects for Department of Disabilities on Due process Referral, MOVERS(Missouri Vital Enterprise Resource System), Ohio Scales Assessment and some other projects where I designed and implemented a scalable automation framework using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG, which facilitated modular test case creation and maintenance.Integrated Page Object Model (POM) design patterns to enhance code reusability and maintainability.
