WATS (Waste Administration + Tracking Software) brings a digital dashboard full of waste-focused features to guide business operators, facilities managers, and sustainability teams in their new and ongoing engagement with waste reduction and the circular economy.As the Lead Product Manager, I am responsible for- Working with leadership to balance product priorities with business objectives- Running weekly product meetings and disseminate learnings and action items from them from them to the rest of the org- Organizing and maintain what is in each stage of product development - from initial specs through QA testing and release, and keep the rest of the team updated on progress- Working with the rest of the org to help eliminate any blockers that may occur during the product development lifecycle- Helping to increase product velocity while maintaining a high bar for quality- Discussing client pain points within the waste services industry to discover the best route of action for WATS to alleviate these issues
