Payoneer Merchant Services builds innovative solutions for payment processing. My role as a product design leader was to expand and coach the design team successfully handling a period of hypergrowth and strategy changes, as well as switching to distributed office setting. Together with Product and Engineering leaders, I helped form a scalable organisation and processes with self-running cross-functional teams with designers empowered to co-run together with their Product and Engineering partners. As a functional leader, I ensured we delivered effective high-quality solutions with a long-term strategy. The team has built and continues improving a new SMB product offering, in addition to the existing Enterprise offering, from scratch to launch and beyond.
