Susanna is an experienced board director, audit committee chair, and former public company CFO with 25+ years in Tech and FinTech at B2B and B2C companies. She has led two IPOs, executed over $30B in M&A transactions, and transformed corporate finance functions. Currently serving on the boards of Payoneer (NASDAQ: PAYO) and Mixpanel, Susanna chairs Payoneer’s Audit Committee, overseeing financial reporting and risk management. As Remitly’s (NASDAQ: RELY) CFO, she led a $550M IPO and scaled revenue from $86M to $654M while improving profitability. Prior to Remitly, Susanna served in finance leadership positions at leading SaaS companies Apptio, where she helped manage the 2016 IPO, and Concur, including during the $8.3B sale to SAP. Susanna started her career in strategy consulting before spending 10 years in Corporate Development at companies including Oracle and Charles Schwab.
