Communication runs as a red thread throughout my professional journey and I see it at the core of any successful endeavor. How do we communicate effectively? How do we communicate efficiently? What risks do we run when there are communication barriers? How do we identify barriers and most importantly, how can they be overcome? There is a close parallel between communication and education and I have more than 15 years of experience in the education and communication industry. I have a results-driven mindset and a solid track record of meeting delivery and customer experience targets within B2B. I have a multi-cultural background – both personally and professionally – with experience from working across multiple global markets. With a strong track record of managing and completing projects to the highest standard within agreed budget and deadlines, I have managed projects of various sizes, ranging from the small domestic business to global Fortune 500 Companies. I am an experienced team leader managing projects which include key account managers, marketing teams, operations, and project owners at the customer’s end. My strengths lie in creating trust and credibility among clients and colleagues, developing lasting professional relationships with clients and internal teams. I am known as a relationship builder and my goal is to identify the specific needs and create value within each step of a project.
