ABOUT ANNA LAMBERT

Proven success as a highly organized and efficient individual as well as member of a team with 11 years of Higher Education experience. I graduated from a women’s college with a degree in Spanish and began my career in Higher Education as an admissions recruiter for my alma mater helping high school students navigate the college admissions process. I spent 5 of those 11 years as the sole regional admissions recruiter in NJ recruiting in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions and was tasked with growing student and high school counselor interest and name recognition for my alma mater in those regions. As a Higher Education professional, I possess excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) and the ability to work with diverse populations. My previous admissions position allowed me to translate skills and knowledge into my current Associate Customer Success Manager role with Parchment, An Instructure Company while my strong interpersonal skills have allowed me to connect with members providing tools and resources they need to efficiently serve their institutions and students.
