ABOUT ANNA KARNAUKH
I’ve spent the last decade helping startups and growing teams deliver great software - on time, on budget, and without losing their minds in the process. As Head of PMO at MobiDev, I supervised 60+ projects at once, scaling delivery across hundreds of engineers. I’ve always believed that with the right people and just enough structure, anything is possible. In 2024, I co-founded Treegress, a QA automation platform built from real pain. Testing was always the blocker - slow, manual, or fragile. So we built something radically better: AI-powered, no-code, and fully autonomous. Just drop in a URL, and Treegress takes care of the rest. These days I’m wearing every hat - fundraising, product, marketing, and customer success - and loving the challenge. I’m also a big believer in global collaboration. I’ve worked with teams across the US, Canada, India, China, and the UK - and traveled to 27 countries along the way. Diversity isn’t just a value for me; it’s something I’ve lived and led with.
