Ko taku reo taku ohooho, ko taku reo taku mapihi mauriaMy language is my awakening, my language is the window to my soulCurrently, I am enjoying new coaching challenges within the Oil & Gas Industry and was previously part of the Agile Enterprise Transition Framework for SAP.My agile journey started in adult education by guiding my customers to fulfill their goals and enabling internal personal growth. We were successful by using EduScrum in Didactic areas and Kanban in an Agile corporate service delivery. Introducing retrospectives to evaluate services, define experiments (usually new course types) which became crucial in generating new revenue sources, ensuring renewals and customer trust. Education is a complex adaptive system and the range of customer requirements are so varied that iterative cycles are of upmost importance to enable a close collaboration with stakeholders and a quick elimination of under performing processes.I am continuously adding formal training and certifications to support my experience.
