On April 2, 2024, GE Vernova completed its spin-off from GE and began trading as an independent company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol “GEV.” My role of Senior Counsel continued with the following duties- Serve as a member of GE Vernova Gas Power\'s North American legal team that counsels on a variety of substantive legal issues involving GE Vernova\'s power generation equipment and services and the power industry customers we serve- Negotiate equipment sales and services agreements, including digital and software offerings- Advise the M&A legal and business team on commercial concerns in potential M&A deals- Train commercial teams in contracts, compliance, dispute resolution, and other legal matters
