ABOUT ANNA ERSKINE

I am a highly organised, self-motivated and diligent professional, and I enjoy delivering an efficient and high-quality project. I work well independently and as part of a strong, valued team. I routinely assess challenges and successes, and implement change as required. Since February 2025, I am a Manager with the new Transformational Agreement (TA) Implementation and Execution team, mainly supporting the flagship TA \"Wiley DEAL\". My previous role was as Program Manager, Open Research at Wiley, focusing on ensuring that strategy and insights from customer-facing groups are developed into initiatives and plans to drive the open research agenda forward. This role used influencing skills and an understanding of the organizational structure to convene and co-ordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that strategy and policy are turned into deliverable outcomes for our customers. I have a young family and can often be spotted at local parks, swimming pools, karate classes and soft play centres. When I have time, I love gardening, Pilates and crafts.
