Over the last 6+ years I have had the opportunity to use my core skills to deliver an array of projects, ranging from, IT and Infrastructure deliveries, Mandatory Upgrades (3rd party applications), Product Development, Business Risk and Regulatory Initiatives. Over the last 6 months I have been leading the Small Change team, where we deliver the smaller initiatives to run, maintain and optimise the Cards and Loans Products. These deliveries go through a lighter touch change delivery framework, however we are usually working on over 20 projects at one time and the pace is faster and the need to be versatile is key. Successes, to name a few, include implementation of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool - Cora, Procurement Management Tool – Coupa, Open Banking, supporting the Mobile App Development and the Open Marketing Loans Launch. These have all consist of multiple Stakeholders management, internal and external.I report into the Portfolio Manager in an established Technology and Change Team where we follow an agreed Change Delivery Framework. Projects are broken down into workstreams to control the delivery to our business and end customers. My role is to ensure all delivery teams aligned to the end goals. Data Protection and Customer Values are always part of the key deliverables.
