Delivery of quality HR programs and service to the European Functions- Supporting transformation initiatives to ensure all aspects of the People plan is accounted for and delivered over the life cycle of the Initiative - Providing responsive support and advice to managers on policies, programs and processes- Engaging with the business on workforce planning and development including talent management and succession planning- Partnering with the business to develop and implement people and organizational solutions to influence the culture and performance of the business- Coaching and supporting managers to develop their teams through capability uplift and engagement as well as Identify strategies to address people related issues/needs- Overseeing the execution of annual processes including PDP, Salary Review and Pulse survey and actions- Leading the continuous improvement and enhancement of HR services to improve outcomes for the business and ensure compliance- Partnering with HR Director, SSC Lead and Functional Leadership teams to align global HR service delivery to local business needs and priorities- Partnering with COE to support Reward and Talent and Learning initiatives with managers and employees
