Development and execution of marketing strategy aligned with the company Europe headquarter objectives- Management of marketing activation levers and stakeholders: adv shooting, trade marketing activities, athletes agreements and activations, sponsorship, product launch, media amplifications, PR & Influencers, and hospitality programs- Drafting and management of marketing activations budgets- Backing of the organization of ASICS EMEA activations during International events such as: Internazionali BNL Rome, Roland Garros, Premier Padel Madrid, European Volley Championship- Organizing and planning the MEDIA and PR strategy, drafting briefs for the agency, and follow of all central PR SEEDING activities- Support of trade marketing ASICS department- Develop marketing activation plan to increase and achieve brand preference goals- Integrate and amplify local events and sports marketing assets: Asics Tennis Academy, tournaments/championship, PR events, Federations, Clubs and athletes to drive recommendations and trial opportunities- Management and execution of trade marketing events and campaigns integrating all touchpoints to create a consistent and engaging consumer experience- Support local relationship with athletes, teams and federations: communication and management of local market insights and requirements to the regional Sports Marketing Asset Specialists- Coordination of local PR market strategy and activities with PR agencies, and Regional PR leads- Coordinate and amplify reviews and recommendations across all marketing channels, media campaigns and communication tools- Identify potential partners to develop activation plans that build brand preference, and help drive reviews and recommendations- Maintains monthly budget tracker for CPS marketing activities, reporting actual versus budgeted spent.
