ABOUT ANNA BINOY
I am an MSc Renewable Energy Engineering student (University of Aberdeen), with a strong foundation in physics and hands-on experience in renewable energy systems modelling, SCADA analysis, and grid integration.During my MSc project, I analysed SCADA data from Penmanshiel Wind Farm to evaluate wake effects and performance losses, using Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib), Jupyter Notebooks, and wake modelling techniques.My technical toolkit includes:• Energy system modelling & simulations• SCADA data processing & anomaly detection• Grid integration and power flow analysis• GIS / ArcGIS for site assessment• MATLAB for system dynamics and controlI’m deeply passionate about contributing to the energy transition through efficient and data-driven renewable systems.
