I have recently completed both Person In Charge (PIC) and Stepping into Management training at Next. This role equips me with the skills and experience to effectively manage store operations in the absence of senior management. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, managing keyholder responsibilities, overseeing till counts, and ensuring the accuracy and security of banking processes.In my role as an Assistant Training Specialist, I act to support the onboarding of new team members, helping them integrate into the business and understand both operational procedures and company culture. I am also responsible for maintaining high health and safety standards within the store, ensuring a safe and legal environment for both customers and colleagues.
