E-commerce strategy management connected with overall responsibility for the E-commerce area, including sales - aiming to minimize costs while maximizing profits and customer satisfaction;• Facilitating, supervising, and coordinating digital transformation process in the areas such as online payments, order fiscalization, checkout, or product detailed pages to ensure seamless integration of digital technologies and strategies – aligned with the broader goals of the Adeo group;• Managing a team of 3 people;• Serving as the Product Business Owner (in Agile methodology) for several products within the portfolio of new online systems;• Close collaboration with Customer Care, handling complaints, and proposing improvements for the website;• Preparing regular reports and presentations on performance - including turnover, margin mass, margin %, order quantities, average shopping cart value (AOV), products rotation, share of total company revenue, and many other KPIs;• Close cooperation with the Adeo group and several departments within the company;• Engaging in proactive behavior, leveraging opportunities, and initiating actions that go beyond merely responding to obvious needs of the situation.
