Qualified as Chartered Accountant in Novemeber, 2014 and CFA (level II) in December, 2013. With 3+ years of post qualification experience in Assurance department of EY (Ernst & Young), acquired skillset in handling complicated accounting, company law, taxation and auditing related matters. Worked in areas of statutory audits, tax audits, GST, Certifications, limited reviews, ICDS, ICOFR, SOX reporting and group reporting.Also worked in international accounting and compliance for Bluejeans network. Acquired skillset in closing monthly and annual accounts and managing international subsidiaries in UK, NewZealand, Netherlands, Australia, Singapore. Good understanding of SaaS metrics and preparation of high-quality deliverables and presentations to the board. Managing revenue, billing, AR, collections in multiple ERP applications such as zuora, salesforce, Netsuite, etc. Implementation and review of internal controls and sox compliances. Compliance in areas of Indian GAAP and US GAAP.My role as a Head of Finance in Hiver was to head the entire accounting and compliance function to establish processes, controls, manage burn, track SaaS metrics and end to end MIS/ reporting for the company. Built the entire team of finance from scratch and helped to scale the company from a HC of 30 to 180 and raise $27M+.Prepared and tracked SaaS metrics closely and coordinated with investors/ other stakeholders in the entire fundraising process enabling the company to raise additional funding. Worked closely with the BU\'s to keep the cost under check and help them establish a process.
