We combine exceptional architecture with a diversified use mix and carefully and innovatively chose each for a specific location. Sustainability of the asset both in terms of the longevity of its use as well as building materials are a central factor in our development decisions and I am proud that we are a leader in this field. We are currently developing a portfolio of c2bn Eur across 20 locations, with main focus being North Rhine Westphalia.
