ABOUT PAUL GARIBIAN

I\'m a serial entrepreneur, fintech founder, and seasoned executive with a proven track record in building and scaling fintech, banktech and SaaS businesses. Over the past five years, I successfully launched and grew Nota, a legal fintech startup, driving it from zero to eight figures in revenue. At Finastra, a leading enterprise banktech and fintech, I led the payments business, managing global product egineering teams and overseeing nine figures in recurring revenue.Starting my career as a software engineer, I advanced to technical program and product management and, following my Wharton MBA for Executives, took on leadership role in the tech industry in Silicon Valley. My experience spans the dynamic ecosystems of New York and California, where I have built and led successful financial services and SaaS products from inception to significant revenue milestones.As a leader of leaders, I specialize in shareholder value creation by developing and executing robust product roadmaps, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing talent. My unique ability to build and operate fintech and SaaS products with a relentless focus on innovation and customer value creation makes partnering with me and my team a strategic and sound decision.On a personal front, I was born and raised in Armenia, grew up in Israel, and have resided in the United States since 1998. I live in Los Angeles with my wife Olga and our three young daughters. I\'m an active member of YPO, the largest worldwide leadership community of chief executives, and currently serve my peers as a board member and Chair of the fintech network.
