I am a media professional with 17+ years of experience across television, film, and animation ecosystems, with a strong blend of creative and operational skills. My career spans 8+ years as Creative Producer and 9+ years as a Compositing Artist, giving me end-to-end understanding of how original IP whether its animation content or films are built from concept to final delivery.Currently, I work as a Creative Producer at ETV Bal Bharat, where I help plan, manage and quality-check original IPs, ensuring they meet editorial, animation and graphics standards before going on air. I’m closely involved in coordinating between creative, post-production and technical teams to deliver kid-safe, engaging content.Previously, as Manager - Dubbing Vertical Head at Mango Mass Media, I handled the complete dubbing and localization pipeline:– Acquiring movies for regional markets– Working with dubbing vendors– Supervising lip-sync, language quality, technical checks and CG corrections– Getting final approvals and syndicating content to multiple OTT platformsThis combination of content acquisition, dubbing/localization operations, QC and OTT syndication allows me to bridge the gap between creative vision and platform-ready delivery.
