I lead the global screening and selection process for Google, ensuring a seamless and effective recruitment strategy across multiple regions, including the AMS, EMEA, and APAC. My responsibilities include:• Global Talent Screening: Managing end-to-end candidate screening for Google’s global recruitment efforts, ensuring candidates meet stringent standards across diverse regions.• Cross-Regional Collaboration: Partnering with Google’s recruitment teams and stakeholders across AMS, EMEA, and APAC to ensure smooth coordination and consistent hiring practices worldwide For campus or industry roles.• Talent Pipeline Management: Building and maintaining a global talent pipeline, tailored to regional hiring needs, ensuring a continuous supply of high-potential candidates.• Process Improvement: Leading process enhancements, introducing innovative tools and methodologies to increase the efficiency of candidate screening and selection.• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborating with hiring managers globally, offering tailored insights and feedback to ensure alignment with strategic hiring goals.• Performance Analysis: Continuously analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for screening processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize recruitment outcomes.• I conduct through initial screenings and direct outreach to active and passive candidates via phone, email to assess qualifications for various job opportunities, including short-term assignments.
