Making a partly new start, I have the honour to serve Agile Masters, Product Owners and whole Agile Teams when being a 🤝 Sparrings partner, Coach, Facilitator, building bridges again and strengthening people with my understanding, my feedback and in more ways. This I am blessed to do in Jobsharing with my very appreciated colleague Michaela Wendel, experienced, very empathetic and overall great Person, Agile Team Coach and Mentor!Jobsharing means here: both in part-time share one full position, in a way we do rather job splitting than overlapping much. Yet, these days we heard a great appreciation about how we „share“: We passed the ball in a way people like to attend our sessions and see us „play“ and complement one another. With our humor and the clear will to mke others thrive, leaders and many team members, we help them find more ease and get open for moreconcepts they had thought. What a nice, great feedback! I thank Melanie Rank, Project Management and Agile People Lead for this opportunity and how she leads and I appreciate also her character traits (I already know) a lot. And that she has different strengths and perspectives on situations and things than I do, very often.

ABOUT ANJA SPRECHER
Who I am, besides in my jobs I was and am doing?Most of the days, I am pretty #positivelyperseverant and optimistic, focusing on 🦾strengths and „the good“. What I really love is if people think, talk and „dance“ #StrengtheningOneAnother about good practices to help others succeed as well, and w/o envy! I have learned about myself, and again love doing this - also with constructive feedback I decide about what to accept when:🧘I don’t need to be in a talent pool or reach a vertical next step. My preference and power is to be satisfied and to love my work on the current level, „just“ 🤸broadening every now and then - or rather quite often, usually very passionately! 🥰My own strengths, e.g. found with the Gallup strengths finder, are mainly🥇Very high empathy, so I am careful to not exaggerate to get to know and listen to myself, how I recently have learned a lot better than before🥈 Ideas generating and collecting, „connecting dots“, with ease between great people I appreciate for e.g their value-orientation and who are e.g. looking for an ideal Business partner in a certain niche 🥉Coaching and Mentoring in a way my „customers“ find or increase their own, system-immanent resources and get more clarity and satisfaction, in their lives. ↔ No matter if in Business context or in private systems, we sometimes need to „step back and look from a distance to see more of ourselves“. I am talented and really blessed and very passionate about these values (who give me also energy back - thanks to Monika Falter in Develo-Online.de I re-learned that yesterday) and these skills I have, in language details and pictures or concepts that help and have already helped quite some people.
