ABOUT ANITA JACKSON
Anita is an experienced Transformation Director and Site Operations Lead with a proven track record of exceeding Trust CIP cash releasing Targets both FYE and PYE. Anita draws on her 25+ years of nursing experience both in the NHS and the Military, her ten years at Toyota Motor Manufacturing (UK) Ltd and her eight years with Unipart Expert practices as a Senior Practitioner to work with SME\'s within the NHS to drive quality enhancing, cash releasing CIPs. Anita is an enthusiastic and driven individual who is hugely enthusiastic about the ethos of the NHS. She enjoys the challenge of transformational change in a challenging operational and financial environment. Anita is able to step up into roles such as Chief Operating Officer and down into roles, such as Registered General Nurse. Anita has taken the G2O challenge created at the Trust and has returned to the floor for a rostered long day every month in the Emergency Department.
