ABOUT ANITA GAVINI
With over 15 years of experience in corporate, consulting and non-profit organizations, I have focused my entire career on the idea of increasing positive impact. While in a number of supply chain related roles, that focus was very much about improving the customer experience through reduced lead times and increased accuracy. In my nonprofit roles, that focus has been more about helping organizations scale to meet the growing needs of their constituents. Some of that may involve developing systems and processes, but the more important part has been developing and empowering leaders. I am forever a practical optimist and creative thinker. I truly believe every organization can have a positive impact on society and the environment if they choose to. And should they decide to go down that path, I am here to help. Areas of interest: supply chain sustainability, corporate social responsibility, closed loop/circular solutions, waste reduction, net positive and regenerative innovation.
