I’m part of the talented Creative Team at Drax Group Plc, collaborating daily with designers and copywriters on a range of projects across Drax’s brands. My role centers on creating high-quality designs that align with our brand strategy and support business goals. Although we work remotely, we’ve cultivated a strong team spirit that keeps creativity and collaboration thriving - a quality I really value.I’m known for my attention to detail and deep understanding of the creative process, from the initial brief to final production. My work involves creating brand-aligned assets, reviewing colleagues’ and agencies’ projects, and always being open to fresh ideas from the team.• Working closely with Drax colleagues from around the world, from senior leadership and department heads to bring our projects to life• Drawing on my experience to lead projects, spot potential issues, and offer solutions that help bring everything together successfully• Overseeing design elements from concept through final delivery, making sure we stay true to our brand across marketing projects• Handling a wide range of projects every day, from digital and print to animation, video, illustration, and infographics• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, plus experience with MS Teams, MS Projects, Trello, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Frontify• Applying my strong knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout while efficiently managing projects and stakeholder expectations• Committed to clear and effective communication, sharing ideas, solutions, and Drax design principles• Bringing a keen eye for aesthetics and detail to ensure every project meets our quality standards• Collaborating across Drax to elevate our brand consistency and standards globally• Ensuring all our work meets high-quality standards before releasing it to stakeholders• Organising and maintaining design files and master assets as needed• Extensive experience in print techniques, artwork setup, and colour handling.
