Monitor and reconcile unapplied cash on account.Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts.Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email.Prepare and analyse the past due tracker reports and do the follow-ups accordingly with the clients.Communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow-paying customers and recommend payment plan.Generate remittance advice from the bank’s portal, prepare and send it to cash application team.Closely working with plant/csr’s to resolve the issue’s on invoices before it becomes past due.Making sure the DSO stands at as per the sla guidelines.Obtain proof of delivery (pod) when a customer dispute arises due to shortages or damaged goods. Validating deductions, disputes and coding with in system with details/unique reason code.Prepare root cause analysis report (dispute management) and share it with management.Take necessary approvals before writing off the respective invoices or amount.Handled end to end reverse transitioning for the assigned portfolio.T-codes using for AR: FBL5N, VA03, VF02, FB03, ME23N, VL03N, FB70, FB75, efficiently supplier/ customer emails on resolving queries.Responsible for timely processing of po, non po invoices, credit memo, checks on request using MIRO, FB60, FB65.Handling urgent activities so that it can be completed before the payment run is begins for the day. Hsbc statements, currency change invoices. 2 way / 3 way matching of invoices with purchase orders/bol/pod to ensure all the necessary information is present and there are no errors.Prepare R block report and assigned to all the team members.Run winshuttle for bulk invoice posting or clearing (unearned discounts, cost adjustments, monthly payroll, multiple cost center posting).T-codes using for AP: MIRO, FBL1N, FB60, FB65, ZXK03, VIM, FB03, F-44, MR8M, YUID, ME23N, FB08
