ABOUT ANINDITA SAHA

I enjoy building data systems that handle pressure with a certain ease—the kind that remain steady when the volume spikes and the deadlines loom large. That passion led me to one of the most intense projects of my career at RBC: migrating HSBC data during our significant merger. I was in the thick of it, one of the engineers personally shaping the pipelines, mapping the data, fixing issues, and making all those countless, low-key decisions that ultimately ensured the migration landed smoothly and reliably.That whole experience truly honed my appreciation for architecture that one can genuinely trust: data streams that flow without a hitch, batch jobs that do what they\'re told, and storage that simply doesn\'t quit.These days, I’m leading a small team as we bring \"RBC Edge\" to life for our commercial clients. The tools of my trade include things like Kafka, Dagster, and MongoDB, but what really gets me going is the actual craft itself: transforming incredibly complex ecosystems into systems that feel elegant and, most importantly, dependable.Ultimately, I’m drawn to work where good engineering judgment is vital, where thoughtful design is evident in every detail, and where the technology we pour ourselves into quietly makes someone else’s workday just a little bit better.
