As a Senior Marketplace Manager, I am responsible for the integration and establishment of international marketplaces in a global environment, ensuring that every single process is carefully considered. I adopt a data-driven approach to actively promote the growth of our marketplaces.In this role, I serve as a key interface between the logistics and sales teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across all operations. I also regularly present our monthly and annual results to the managing director.A crucial part of my responsibilities involves conducting assortment analyses to maintain profitability. I continuously work on optimizing our presence on the marketplaces and developing logistical channels to successfully integrate non-European marketplaces.Additionally, I focus on optimizing product data within the middleware environment to enhance product visibility and presentation. Taking the lead in setting up new integration flows in collaboration with external partners is also a central aspect of my role, aimed at making technical integration more efficient.
