Team Manager at Technoform Tailored Solutions, leading a diverse and talented team of around 30 professionals across production, tooling, planning, procurement, and engineering. With a PhD in Polymer Chemistry and a background in Mechanical Engineering and Polymer Technology, I bring experience from the plastics and polymer industry spanning research, development, and industrial leadership in extrusion and compounding. What do we do? We find solutions. Technoform is a family-owned company with over 45 production and sales locations worldwide. As a manufacturer of plastic profiles, we have a global presence with more than 1,600 employees.
