ABOUT ANIKET GODBOLE

I am currently working as Global Markets Analyst part of a Graduate Rotational Program at BBVA Corporate and Investment Banking. My current tasks focus on DM Credit Sales, constructing tools to optimise and analyse sales corporate debt sales on the secondary market using Python. I have graduated with an MSc in Economics at the London School of Economics with a merit classification and a 91% classification in Microeconomics. Before that, I graduated from the Erasmus School of Economics with a Cum Laude Distinction and double Honours in BSc Economics and Business Economics. A strong work ethic and organizational skills by managing several extracurriculars with academics have allowed me to create an array of personal experiences unique and important in my personal development. As an active debater, with whom I have reached the final rounds of several prestigious tournaments at Yale University, Trinity College Dublin and the University of Amsterdam. I was also part of the first team (of 2 members) from Rotterdam to reach the knockout rounds of the European Universities Debating Championship since the tournament\'s inception in I was also awarded as the 12th Best European Speaker at EUDC 2025 as part of the LSE A team. Within the nebulous development of \"critical thinking\", I developed skills in improvisation and public speaking, logical and argumentative reasoning, and vast swaths of general knowledge. 🧪In my previous position as a Research Assistant, selected on the basis of a merit based honours program afforded to only the top 10% of ESE, I work under prof. dr. Dana Sisak on topics related on organizational economics, political economy and economics of information. I am employed in tasks concerning machine learning methods, data cleaning using excel and literature reviews.
