Indenting all the major Electrical Items & hardware by following EMU & MEMU drawings. Overview on cable layout of light-fan & jumper- coupler fitting of the rake. Fitments of Electrical equipments to the Driver’s Cab & Control Panel. Overview preparation work of Sub Assembly items of Electrical brackets. Also overview the Painting activities of total Rake (including Shot Blasting, Acid cleaning & Putty Treatment). Also, since last 3 years I am working with Procurement activities in this company. Major work done in Procurement process - i) Processing all paper work relevant to the purchasing & receipt of goods. ii) Liaising with internal & external departments. Forecasting price trends & their impact on the business. iv) Monitoring & managing supplier performance. v) Placing orders and monitoring delivery dates. vi) Sourcing new suppliers and finding out what they have to offer. vii) Maintaining & developing an approved suppliers list. Ensuring compliance to company purchasing guidelines and systems. ix) Assisting with following up overdue accounts for payments. x) Responsible for managing & maintaining stock requirements in line with budgets & demands.
