Promote, encourage and display leadership for the agency in accordance with the agency mission and relationship-based culture. • Provide visionary leadership, strategic plan, and budget oversight for the EXR team. • Lead the organization’s fundraising efforts, including in-kind efforts, through tactics such as annual campaigns, special events, grants, endowment, and planned giving. • Oversee the internal and external marketing and communications for Sunbeam Family Services, which includes media, social media, brand integrity, creative design, advertising, videos, internal and external communications, crisis communications and website. • Serve as brand ambassador and supports Board activities, including fundraising efforts. • Work alongside the Executive Team to strengthen the agency, develop partnerships and enhance community collaborations along with strategic planning. • Directly manage individual and corporate partnerships through identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding new and existing donors. • Serve as the staff liaison for the External Relations Board Committee. • Oversee volunteerism for the agency.

With two decades of experience in PR, marketing, and communications, I’ve been putting the fun in fundraising for nearly two decades. I was honored to be named AFP Oklahoma’s 2024 OKC Outstanding Professional and truly believe that philanthropy is for everyone. I’ve had the privilege of presenting at AFP ICON 2025, AFP Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits, Feeding America, and I authored “Trauma-Informed Storytelling” for The Nonprofit Times. I’ve also joined the conversation on the “We Are For Good” podcast. Recognized on multiple 40 Under 40 lists, I serve on the United Way Emerging Leaders Board and am a proud graduate of Leadership OKC, LOYAL, and Georgetown University’s New Strategies Cohort.
