Through hard-work and dedication, I have excelled in every job I have completed.My experience in Customer Service began in high school when I was selected to be a Student Ambassador for my school. I was responsible for taking prospective students and parents on tours around campus. This job also required me to communicate effectively and be quick-on-my-feet to answer any question that they may have. I continued to develop these skills at my following job at UA Media where I continued to succeed as a reliable member within the company. These skills helped me to communicate with my fellow employees to deliver perfect live-streams. Later, I further developed my talents in the customer service field where I learned how to effectively please customers and handle any situation thrown at me. At Best Buy I developed the skill of organization and planning, so that the store will always be up to date and properly stocked. At de Castellane Creative I was able to gain valuable experience in the business and marketing realm. I have been able to integrate myself into many different facets of the business both with clients and and internal teams.I am ready to further develop and use what I have learned to contribute to and improve any company that I work for.
