In my current roles, I manage the day-to-day operations of a busy photography and events studio, supporting large-scale shoots for global clients such as Netflix, GQ, Adidas, Grazia, Premier League Productions, New Balance, EA Sports, BBC, ITV, TNT Sports, and more. I create a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment that enables smoother, stress-free shoot days, while also ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and studio readiness – from the initial enquiry to wrap. I take pride in the details, whether it\'s coordinating lighting equipment and couriers, painting the infinity cove to perfection, or leading sustainable practices across productions, such as reducing food waste and sourcing recycled supplies.Alongside studio management, I spearhead our social media and marketing efforts to grow brand visibility, drive engagement, and expand our community. I’ve led a full studio rebrand, from logos and websites to printed materials, working closely with local designers and creatives to bring the vision to life. I’ve also secured and nurtured sponsor partnerships for key events like our Fabric Studios Launch Party, ensuring delivery of high-quality content through carefully selected photographers and videographers. I’m passionate about making space for meaningful local projects, championing accessibility for emerging creatives, and bridging the gap between corporate clients and community-based work.With a small business mindset, I get involved wherever needed – supporting events, lifting gear, troubleshooting on the fly, and collaborating across teams. I also thrive in remote work environments, maintaining clear communication and executing responsibilities with efficiency and care. Balancing studio operations with marketing, logistics, and creative direction, I’m always striving to improve systems, streamline workflows, and help the studio grow bigger, better, and more purposeful every day.
