Angela joined the Executive Development Center (EDC) in the Foster College of Business (FCB) at Bradley University in 2006. With responsibilities for oversight of talent development solutions for Caterpillar Inc, the relationship grew to include multiple programs with global reach. Angela represented the FCB on the Caterpillar Global University Consortium in partnership with the Institute for Manufacturing at the University of Cambridge and the Beijing International MBA at Peking University. There she led the sharing of best-practices and proven content to create a global talent development solution for Caterpillar that would replicate the FCB program and create a common global experience.In 2017, she led the rebranding effort, and EDC became the Center for Professional Excellence. Currently, she serves on the Strategic Leadership Team and Business Engagement Committee in the FCB. She represents Bradley University on strategic alliance sub-committees for leadership and professional development with both Caterpillar and OSF HealthCare.Before joining Bradley, Angela was program developer in Office of Non-Credit Programs, School of Extended and Continuing Education at Western Illinois University. There she developed academic youth camps, departmental conferences, distance learning, and professional development programs.Angela is committed to creating mutually beneficial partnerships between business and industry and the thought-leadership at Bradley University.
