You know you have landed the perfect career when your leaders believe that employees should create family memories and management should provide the tools and positive leadership to keep employees happy.With over 20 years of tourism and hospitality experience, I have to say that \"I love my career\". I selected sales and marketing to challenge my goals and have the opportunity to continually evolve. It has been a fulfilling experience to network with people throughout the world and lead amazing professionals sharing the same passion. From working with world class exhibitions to marketing a ten story water slide, I have had the best of both worlds. Now, I have the pleasure of working with the best family aquatic organization in the capacity of General Manager.Community and volunteer work are a crucial part of my success. I have had a chance to be involved and to make a difference in the lives of others. My career has allowed me to focus on local cause marketing campaigns, serve on several non-profit boards and supported me in my efforts to be an active participant of where I work and live. When I am not working, you will find me gardening and playing with my 3 dogs. The only time I am not outdoors is when I am playing video games with my husband; its our secret way of staying young and competitive. I am also a proud mother of two children paving their way through college.
