With more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, I’ve dedicated my career to advancing mission-driven organizations and driving systemic change that strengthens families and communities. I’ve led high-performing teams in crisis intervention, counseling, community development, advocacy, and innovative program design, ensuring that individuals receive comprehensive and sustainable support.My expertise lies in community development, strategic planning, organizational growth, fundraising, board development, and financial sustainability—helping organizations expand their impact while maintaining operational excellence.
