Angel’s Salumi & Truffles was founded in 2010 by Pascal Besset, an Executive Chef from the South of France and in 2014 it opened its first distribution center and showroom in Carlsbad. You may be wondering about the word “Salumi”, this is simply the plural for Salami! Our mission is to provide the sophisticated palate with top quality, uniquely handcrafted salami. Our products are made with the finest natural meats with Mediterranean and European influences. Angel’s Salumi & Truffles will elevate you favorite dishes to a gastronomic delight.Our selected unique meats are all certified antibiotic free, free range and/or humanly raised/cage free. We create a wide variety of salami and dry cured meats, from the traditional Berkshire pork to wild meats: venison, bison, duck, wild boar, there is a salami for everyone and for every season!Angel’s Salumi has acquired La Maison de la Truffe Crayssac, from Perigord founded in 1900 with the intention of bringing the French tradition to the American table. We manufacture truffle products and harvest truffles in France and Italy: black and white truffles oil, black and white truffles butter, black and white truffles salami, black and white truffles sea salt, black and white truffles puree and black summer truffle peeling!
