In this role, I am accountable for overseeing and delivering a number of data-driven projects within global commercial banking and global banking and markets environments. I work closely with senior decision-makers to provide forward-looking strategies, insights and trends, proffering enhanced MI reporting to aid in improvements, growth opportunities and data alignment.\\\\n\\\\nI am adept in working within a range of divisions including KYC, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Trade Reporting and Risk; embedding open and transparent communications on as-is abilities to devise improved processes, structure and control through data process, mapping and flows to attain the delivery of requirements across multiple platforms.\\\\n\\\\nAdditionally, I lead onshore and offshore teams to accurately input complex data, embedding automation and manual techniques and leading through agile scrum environments. Moreover, I have been a key player in variety of regulatory programs acting as an SME for client data governance; and\\\\nrolled out an Actionable Intelligence Sharing FCR Information project across the global grouping of clients that enabled the bank to exit from a US Federal Reserve Cease-and-Desist order.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
