ABOUT ANDY STYLES

I am the co-founder of a drinks agency Wilde Toast.My role in the agency focuses on looking after our growing event staffing and bar production services.We have over bartenders on our books who work across various events and activations for clients including Diageo, Smart Group, Molson Coors, Rhubarb, Suntory Global, Edrington, Red Bull and many more. We also deliver bar production and operations for many clients using our years of bar-focused events & activation experience. We want to do event staffing differently and have a core ethos around our bartenders\' happiness, well-being and education - which is not focused on enough by our industry as a whole. This is our USP in a price driven industry.To help deliver this we launched The Drinks Collective to help empower bartenders with learning and networking opportunities. We are also shortly to launch our Happiness Model where we will survey our bartenders every quarter to ensure we are consistently evaluating their well-being while working for Wilde Toast.My doors wide open - get in touch if you want to work with an agency that\'s puts its events teams first.
