In my role at NZTE I deliver large-scale content and brand initiatives while also leading internal process improvements. I manage end-to-end production across film, photography, digital, social and print, from pre-production planning through to delivery, ensuring complex projects are completed on time and within budget. Alongside this delivery work, I analyse team workflows and map current processes to identify areas for improvement. I have designed and deployed custom AI agents and automation tools that reduce manual workload, increase accuracy, and accelerate turnaround times. I work closely with industry customers, partners, internal stakeholders and external suppliers to align projects with NZTE’s strategic objectives. This includes procurement, contract negotiations and vendor management, as well as collaborating with subject-matter experts and marketers to create high-impact assets that have included the showcasing of Aotearoa’s Agritech, Tech and Renewable Energy sectors to global markets.My role combines strategic content development with innovation. By balancing stakeholder engagement, production leadership and technology-driven improvements, I help NZTE deliver cohesive campaigns with measurable outcomes while strengthening its internal systems.
